Refund & Cancellation

Transparent policies for your peace of mind

NeedEssentials reserves the right to refuse/cancel any order. At our sole discretion, we may cancel any order(s) under the following circumstances:

Order Cancellation

i

If we suspect a fraudulent transaction

ii

If we suspect a customer has undertaken a transaction which is not in accordance with the Terms of Use

iii

For any reason outside the control of NeedEssentials including causes for delivery-related logistical difficulties

Refund Policies

a

Pre-Shipment Cancellation

If the buyer cancels the order online before the product has been shipped, the entire order amount will be refunded.

Post-Shipment Cancellation

If the item has been shipped but not yet delivered, the order can still be cancelled online. The total amount, after deduction of shipment and handling charges, will be refunded once NeedEssentials receives the item back intact.

Post-Delivery

Once the order is delivered, it cannot be cancelled.

Digital Downloads

If there is an option for online download of data, cancellation will not be possible.

Failed Transactions

In case of failed transactions or double realization of payment for the same order, the total deducted amount will be refunded.

Transaction Charges

For cancelled/failed transactions, the bank/card transaction charges may be forfeited.

Refund Processing

NeedEssentials offers no guarantees for the accuracy or timeliness of the refunds to the buyer's card/account.

h

Partial Cancellations

In case of partial cancellations, the refund will correspond to the part that was cancelled.
